Did you know that only 2 out of 10 people report that they have issues with anxiety or panic attacks…

YET:

Studies have shown that “anxiety” is a condition that affects nearly everyone…

And even panic attacks are far more common than you may believe.

First, let me be clear:

The anxiety I’m referring to doesn’t have to be a full-blown “disorder”...

It can be social anxiety… feeling uneasy about going out in public, and preferring instead to just hang out and watch television.

Social anxiety triggers weight gain, as it signals the brain that you are in “hibernation mode” and forces your body to hang on to its body fat.
