You Create and Control Everything In Your Life

By Enoch Tan / Source: Mind Power Secrets Package

Lack of control is an illusion. If you are the creator, all things are under your control. Some people say that control is an illusion but the opposite is the real truth.

How can you not be in control when all things are under your control? Realize the aspect of yourself that is divine, your Godhood. God is in control of all things, and God is the Self of all, which is your Higher Self. You are the Higher Self. You create all of your reality. There is no aspect of your reality which you do not create. Therefore you control all.

You are not a victim. All power is within and is absolutely under your control. To say that things happen through another cause other than yourself is to say that you are a victim.

Nothing happens outside of you. Everything is happening within you. You are Consciousness, and Consciousness encompasses All That Is. Whenever you feel not being in control, you are experiencing an illusion. You created the illusion of not being in control, of not being God. You are the director of the script and can control at will.

Your Energy Level Determines Your Luck

By Enoch Tan
Creator of Secrets of Mind & Reality

Many people think that luck is something that is purely random,
unpredictable and difficult to control. That is because they do not know what luck really is. When you are able to know the true definition of luck, you can learn the whole science behind this phenomena and gain control over it.

Luck is another aspect of your
reality and perhaps the most powerful and important one. The more conscious and aware you become of the elements of your reality, the more of a conscious and powerful creator you will be.

Your luck is your psychokinetic resonance with the environment you
are in. Like everything else, luck is an energy. It is something that is quantifiable not in physical but in nonphysical ways. You can quantify it physically only in terms of its physical manifestations in your life. Luck is dependent on time, place and consciousness.

When you are lucky, you are in mental and emotional
resonance with your surroundings. When you are unlucky, it is the opposite. The level of resonance is the level of your luck.

If you're concerned about your health, then you'll absolutely love this.

Here's your chance to grab a hold of an exclusive health program to learn the long forgotten secrets to living a healthy life.

3-Year-Old Remembers Past Life, Identifies His Murderer, Finds Body

A 3-year-old boy in the Golan Heights region near the border of Syria and Israel said he was murdered with an axe in his previous life. He showed village elders where the murderer buried his body, and sure enough they found a man's skeleton there. He also showed the elders where the murder weapon was found, and upon digging, they did indeed found an axe there.

In his book, Children Who Have Lived Before: Reincarnation Today, German therapist Trutz Hardo tells this boy's story, along with other stories of children who seem to remember their past lives with verified accuracy.

The 48 Laws of Power

By Robert Greene and Joost Elffers

The 48 Laws of Power is a 1998 book by Robert Greene and Joost Elffers. The book shares thematic elements with Niccolò Machiavelli's The Prince and has been compared to Sun-Tzu's classic treatise The Art of War.

Law 1: Never Outshine the Master
Always make those above you feel comfortably superior.  In your desire to please or impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite – inspire fear and insecurity.  Make your masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.

Law 2: Never put too Much Trust in Friends, Learn how to use Enemies
Be wary of friends-they will betray you more quickly, for they are easily aroused to envy.  They also become spoiled and tyrannical. But hire a former enemy and he will be more loyal than a friend, because he has more to prove.  In fact, you have more to fear from friends than from enemies.  If you have no enemies, find a way to make them.

Law 3: Conceal your Intentions
Keep people off-balance and in the dark by never revealing the purpose behind your actions.  If they have no clue what you are up to, they cannot prepare a defense.  Guide them far enough down the wrong path, envelope them in enough smoke, and by the time they realize your intentions, it will be too late.

How to Eat Whatever You Want

Eat like a caveman. Never mind — actually, don't eat animal products at all. Or, okay, eat them, but only fish, and only sometimes.

But don't eat anything for two whole days out of the week. No, you know what? Bananas. Just bananas. These are only a handful of the recent diets that celebrity authors and nutrition bloggers have told us hold the one true key to achieving a healthy weight. But what if it were a lot simpler than that?

As evidence builds that conventional weight-loss methods simply don't work in the long term, some nutritionists and psychologists are encouraging a kind of non-diet diet, in which you eat what you want when you want it. It's called intuitive eating, or sometimes, mindful eating, and those who practice and preach this nutritional philosophy say your body instinctively knows what it needs. Your job is to shut up and learn to listen to it.

How to Explore Alternate Realities With Your Mind

By Burt Goldman/ Creator of Quantum Jumping

In 2005, then 78-year old Burt Goldman approached us about his new project, Quantum Jumping. Burt claimed that he developed a program that teaches people how to tap into alternative realities to gain wisdom, ideas and insights to help them achieve their goals.

The idea seemed too far-fetched and we quickly dismissed it. But, we were intrigued. After all Burt is one of the most respected personal growth teachers in the United States. He had studied for years under the late Paramahansa Yogananda and Jose Silva and became the #1 instructor in the Silva Method organization. He chaired the Mind Science congress in Athens in front of 2000 people his clients have included celebrities and even middle eastern royalty.

But despite all this, his Quantum Jumping idea seemed so 'out there', that we thought it would be too risky to publish him.

Then in 2008 Burt came back to us. The 81-year old 'monk' had changed. In a few short years he had developed a thriving online meditation company; he had learned photography and gotten his art into galleries around the world; and he even recorded an album (and the guy had JUST turned 81)!

It was then we finally decided to give Quantum Jumping a chance. Even if it was hard to believe, the idea of an 81-year old man doing so much in such a short span of time intrigued us and we wanted to know more. So how did he do it?
Burt credited it all to Quantum Jumping.

The Mind-Controlled Exoskeleton of the Future

My mother - afflicted with Muscular Dystrophy - spent much of her life bound to a wheelchair. Although she was not paralyzed, her legs were far too weak to carry her own weight. As a result, there were some things she simply was not capable of doing. It was a reality we all had to live with, sadly.

Although she has passed away, others like her may one day soon be able to walk, thanks to an innovation being showcased at this year's world cup in São Paulo this June.

There, a paralyzed young man will use a robotic exoskeleton to take the field and deliver the first kick of the games. The coolest part is that he'll be doing this by thought alone - he'll be operating the machine with his mind.

Awesome, right? With tech like this, being rendered paraplegic will no longer bind you to a wheelchair or the bed. People with physical disabilities will be able to move around just like anyone else. It's been hailed by its creator, Miguel Nicolelis, as a medical milestone; a miracle of technology akin to putting a man on the moon.

Your First Baby Steps toward an Out-of-Body Experience

You can have an out of body experience right now, and it isn't even that hard. Some people can do it more easily than others, and it may take a little practice. But it is something that anybody can do, and it can be done scientifically.

Let's start with a question: Where do you feel like the center of your "self" is right now? Most people feel like the center of their consciousness—the vantage from which they are experiencing the world—is somewhere behind their eyes.

This makes sense: Your eyes are there, your ears are there, and even your mouth and your nose are there. Four out of five of your senses are all focused in a single area, so it's no surprise that you feel like the center of your self is "in your head."

The Strange New World of Do-It-Yourself Brain Stimulation

When Brent Williams got to RadioShack that day in the spring of 2012, he knew exactly what he was looking for: a variable resistor, a current regulator, a circuit board, and a 9-volt battery.

The total came to around $20. Williams is tall and balding, with wire-rim glasses that make him look like an engineer, which he is. He directs a center on technology in education at Kennesaw State University and is the kind of guy who spends his free time chatting up people on his ham radio or trying to glimpse a passing comet with his telescope. But this project was different.

When he got home, he took his supplies into his office. He heated up his soldering iron, hoping his wife wouldn't see what he was up to. He fished a few wires out of his desk and built a simple circuit. Using alligator clips, he connected the circuit to two kitchen sponges soaked in saline and strapped them to his head with a sweatband. He positioned one sponge just above his right eyebrow and the other up high on the left side of his forehead. Then he snapped the battery into place, turned a small dial, and sent an electric current into his brain.

Brain Zaps Can Trigger Lucid Dreams

Lucid dreams, in which people are aware of and can control their dreams, are rare. But now scientists have found they can induce this weird state of mind in people by zapping their brains with a specific frequency of electricity.

"I never thought this would work," said study researcher Dr. John Allan Hobson, a psychiatrist and longtime sleep researcher at Harvard University. "But it looks like it does."

The results showed that when the inexperienced dreamers were zapped with a current of 40 Hertz, 77 percent of the time these participants reported having what were described as lucid dreams.

"They were really excited," said study researcher Ursula Voss, of J.W. Goethe-University Frankfurt, who designed the experiments. "The dream reports were short, but long enough for them to report, 'Wow, all of the sudden I knew this was a dream, while I was dreaming.'"

30 Time-Saving Hacks to Help Reach Your Goals

One of the most common excuses that people give for not working toward the achievement of their life goals is that they don't have the time. However, lack of time is just that: an excuse.

In this post you'll discover 30 time-saving hacks, strategies, and techniques that will allow you to make the time to work on your life goals. The time-saving hacks, strategies, and techniques are divided into the following three sections:
  • Ten Ways to Save Time in the Morning
  • Ten Ways to Save Time at Work
  • Ten Ways to Save Time at Home
Let's get started with how to save time in the morning.

Sleep Programming

Meditation Techniques for Better Sleep

By Remez Sasson,
Author of
How to Focus Your Mind

Do you fall asleep immediately after entering bed or do thoughts and worries begin to flow into your mind, keeping your sleep away? Do you find it hard to stop them?

When you are in bed at night there are fewer outside distractions, it is quiet and dark, and therefore you are more aware of the movements of your mind.

You feel that thoughts are attacking you, not giving you a moment's rest, especially if you are experiencing some problems in your life.

If you are not healthy you will probably think about your health. If you have problems at work, then thoughts about these problems will probably flood your mind. A child will have thoughts about his parents, teachers or examinations, and a businessman about his work. Thoughts, worries and fears that are usually repressed during the day surface up and swarm the mind.

What would be willing to do to free yourself from these nibbling, restless thoughts that prevent you from falling asleep? Won't you be happy to be able to silence all the thoughts that pop up when you are in bed?

How to Manifest For Free

By Nelson Berry
Creator of Subliminal Video Messages

I am constantly receiving emails that say something like this: "Please send me something that is free that will cause me to attract money so that I can have money to pay for other things needed. Thank you."

This is a typical example of e-mails that are arriving from around the world from people who just don't get it.

So what I wanted to do was give anybody the opportunity to manifest anything that they wanted to for basically free. The only thing that you need is a couple of good pencils or pens, and a notebook, just a standard, regular notebook.

So how do we do this?

Firstly this is a daily exercise. You don't miss a day. Second thing to remember is what we're doing is creating the future. It's a four step sequence. And so, without further ado, let's go ahead and get started.

How to Make Money Buy Happiness

What are you spending all that money on?

After reading this blog for a while, you already know what's good for you, but there is still the odd slip-up. A few hundred disappear here and there for the odd fancypants luxury, or a few thousand on trips or keeping the BMW X5 around because hey, you deserve it, and Mr. Money Mustache can't actually see you driving it and bike over to punch you in the face.

And if it's not you, it is your spouse. You were born with spartan tendencies and actually enjoy line-drying your clothes and chopping wood on a crisp winter day. But he or she was raised differently and just feels better with those leather seats, or the extra-large sports television, or the nutritious $10 single servings from Whole Foods or the air conditioning set nice and cool all summer. You've tried to bring the issue up gently, but a marriage is worth more than money, right?

The best way to get to the root of all this spending is to realize what we are all really trying to buy. In fact, it is the reason for every single action we take in our lives. It's happiness.

Was Yoda a Good Guru?

Something always bothered me about Star Wars. It wasn't Lucas' re-editing or the three prequels damned to sci-fi hell by angry nerds -- I always thought Yoda made no sense.

The little green guru was supposed to be profound and insightful but what emerged from his backwards speech struck me as banal. Yoda's lines about fear and bravery sounded less like philosophy honed by 900 years and more like the vacuous pronouncements of a life coach.

On top of all that, I wasn't sure that Yoda's advice was even helpful. Instructing Luke to never get angry, to never fear his enemies, seemed ignorant of human nature -- perhaps even psychologically harmful. So I asked a psychologist to find out if Yoda's advice was psychologically any good.

Can Dreams Reveal Winning Lottery Numbers?

By Randall Fitzgerald / Source: Skeptical Enquirer

Every once in a while the news media reports on how a state lottery jackpot winner claimed to have seen the winning numbers in a dream. Time magazine profiled one such dreamer in December 2005, a 43-year-old Pakistani immigrant named Ihsanullah Khan, who drove a taxi cab in Washington and saw the numbers 2,4,6,17,25 and 31 appear in one of his dreams. He played those numbers and won a $55 million lottery jackpot.

But for those of you seeking quick shortcuts to riches, there’s a catch to this story --- Khan had his prophetic dream and then spent the next 15 years playing the lottery using those numbers until his combination turned up. This is the sort of dedication and confidence that’s sometimes required if our dreams are to come true.

How many other people have had similar intuitive dreams, I wondered, but dismissed the numbers that appeared as unimportant and failed to play them? More importantly, are there any dreamers who regularly intuit winning numbers and actually play them to win money? I began searching for such a gifted dreamer and may have found one in Florida.

Future Brain Implants Will Restore Lost Memories

In the next few months, highly secretive US military researchers say they will unveil new advances toward developing a brain implant that could one day restore a wounded soldier's memory.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is forging ahead with a four-year plan to build a sophisticated memory stimulator, as part of President Barack Obama's $100 million initiative to better understand the human brain.

The science has never been done before, and raises ethical questions about whether the human mind should be manipulated in the name of staving off war injuries or managing the aging brain.
