The 4 Best Reasons for Lucid Dreaming

We’ve gone over what lucid dreams are and hinted on how to have them, but we haven’t answered a very important question: what is the point in trying to have a lucid dream?

To answer that question, you need only realize that becoming aware you are dreaming presents you with the opportunity to take absolute and complete control of your dreams. In your dreams you are not bound by any physical or imposed restraints—anything is possible. The possibilities of your dreams are limited only by the confines of your own imagination. That premise creates the impression that lucid dreams are used only to create our own pseudo-realities; that is only half the picture.
