Remote Viewers See Aliens on the Moon

By Ray Villard / Source: Discovery News

Over the past 50 years, billions of dollars have been spent visiting our nearest neighbor in space, the moon. It's the only extraterrestrial body humans have ever walked on. Besides the United States and Russia, Japan, China, India and the European Space Agency have all sent robotic spacecraft moonward.

Probably the most prolific of these missions, NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), is stockpiling close to 1 million pictures of the lunar surface that are so sharp, you could see a coffee table nestled among the boulders.

Astrobiologist and physicist Paul Davies recently said that LRO's public-accessible photos should be perused by a citizen science program to look for any alien artifacts left on the moon.

But why bother? says a group of parapsychology sleuths who accuse NASA of hiding evidence of aliens on the lunar surface. Their wild tales sound like an amalgamation of Hollywood sci-fi movies: "Apollo 18," "Minority Report" and "Alien."

Psychic Spies and Extraterrestrials

By Alejandro Rojas/ Source: Huffington Post

In April, SRI International announced it will be taking over the management of the Allen Telescope Array, whose primary purpose is listening for signals from extraterrestrial civilizations.

The array was built by the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence Institute (SETI) and the University of California, with the majority of funding coming from its namesake, computer magnate, Paul Allen. SRI is no stranger to controversial projects.

In the late '70s SRI developed a method of psychic spying called "Remote Viewing," which quickly caught the attention of the CIA, and eventually culminated into a formal project ran by U.S. Army intelligence. Founding members of this clandestine organization claim they even used their skills to remote view UFOs and extraterrestrials.

Russia to Develop Psychotronic 'Zombie Gun'

Source: Daily Mail UK

Mind-bending 'psychotronic' guns that can effectively turn people into zombies have been given the go-ahead by Russian president Vladimir Putin.

The futuristic weapons – which will attack the central nervous system of their victims – are being developed by the country's scientists.

They could be used against Russia's enemies and, perhaps, its own dissidents by the end of the decade.

Sources in Moscow say Mr Putin has described the guns, which use electromagnetic radiation like that found in microwave ovens, as 'entirely new instruments for achieving political and strategic goals'.

The Extraordinary World of Remote Viewing & Out-of-Body Experiences

By James F. Coyle,
Author of Teach Yourself Remote Influencing

Throughout history there have always been individuals who possessed the amazing ability to "see" things either at a distant place or at a distant time, both past and future.

But it wasn't until around 20 years ago that serious research was started by scientific groups.

They found that the human mind had the amazing ability to "see" events at a distance even though under normal circumstances the "viewer" had no knowledge of these events.

They further found that under certain mind-states a person could "see" reasonably accurately into the future or into the past. Not only that but distance didn't matter.

The Future of Mind-Controlled Weapons

By Andrew Hough / Source: The Telegraph
Soldiers could control weapons systems simply by using their minds, British scientists have suggested.
Researchers found the Armed Forces could harness the rapid advance of neuroscience to improve the training of soldiers, pilots and other personnel.

A study, from the Royal Society, Britain's national academy of science, showed the possible benefits of neuroscience to military and law enforcement.

It predicted new designer drugs that boost performance, make enemy troops fall asleep and ensure captives become more talkative.

But among the more remarkable scenarios suggested in the report involved the use of devices called brain-machine interfaces (BMIs) to connect soldiers' brains directly to military technology such as drones and weapons.
